About the project
We helped Cooper build a brand that makes hiring feel human again. Centered on the bluebird mascot Coo and a wing-shaped logo, the identity gives Cooper something most recruiters don't have: symbols people actually recognize and remember. They make the brand feel approachable without losing credibility, and signal that hiring doesn't have to feel transactional.
