For the third year running, we organised Local-First Conf from top to bottom: visuals & website, production and logistics, sponsorships & budget, and the end-to-end attendee experience. This year’s theme, “user empowerment in an age of fluid software,” ran through everything from talks to branding: a giant lava lamp symbolising software that bends to fit you.
